GreengineerZ (3452)
Berrien Springs Robotics team since 2011

Our mission
“Engage in the daily challenges of a team seeking to triumph in competition by focusing on tangible goals and pushing ourselves to be innovative and solve by effectively working together”.
Our vision
“Apply the principles of STEM in a supportive, creative environment to develop solutions to the challenges presented by FIRST to develop team and individual confidence and skills for success in real-life situations”.
Who we are
Our team, GreengineerZ (3452), started in 2011. It was founded by Frank Gonzales, who, a couple of years ago, created Benton Harbor’s team. The team began with around 10 students and only had around 4 mentors, but that year, although we did not have many people, we managed to win the Rookie-All-Star award.
Competitons
Our team has won numerous awards. We have won five district events. We have also been to Worlds six times and even won a subdivision at Worlds once.

Our impact
Every year, we participate in the Berrien County Youth Fair, the Confluence Fest, and the Stem-a-thon. We have a program for Boy Scouts, and we host a district event.
We also mentor 4 FRC teams, 2 FTC, and 4 FLL.
